Jack Charlton has been laid to rest,
the memories they are mighty.
The victory over England at Stuttgart,
the euphoria of Italia ’90!
He lifted our people and country,
The likes we’ve never known.
“Olé, Olé” was all the go – and not,

This was discussed at the recent Parish Pastoral Council Meeting. While the shared Anniversary Mass has proved to be popular with families wanting to have an Anniversary Mass at a weekend, it has become increasingly difficult with the long list of names to be read at the start and again at the middle of Mass. It was decided to read out the list of names and addresses at the start of Mass only, beginning from Saturday, June 8th.
